Working under direct contracts with the required delivery services
Our task is only data transfer. We do not interfere in the contractual relationship between the principal and the carrier. We do not close the contract on ourselves, we do not pass financial settlements through ourselves. The store operates under direct contracts and interacts directly with delivery services.
Free and convenient functionality for an online store
Basic functionality includes methods for: calculating delivery costs, obtaining tariffs, obtaining a list of pick-up points (POIs), creating an order delivery request, generating printed forms of accompanying documents (receipt, act, barcode), order tracking and synchronizing shipment statuses (tracking).
Within your personal account, a “Rate Editor” is available for creating flexible settings and delivery rules.
Expanded functionality and additional options
Additional functionality, reference and information services, and advanced analytics and control tools are being developed within the ApiShip platform. Available for registered users in the format of paid options.
Service operation scheme
The online store operates within the framework of its direct agreement with courier services. Uses the access data that it receives from the delivery service when concluding the contract.

The integration service allows you to receive the cost of delivery in the selected direction, taking into account the weight and dimensions of the goods. Create delivery requests, receive printed forms of accompanying documents (receipt, act, barcode), receive statuses on the execution of the request.

Ways to connect to services

There are two main ways to connect a Client to the ApiShip platform

Basic functionality of the ApiShip service

The basic functionality of the ApiShip integration service contains all the necessary methods for interacting with courier services. Available to all registered users on the platform. Provided without restrictions, free of charge.
  • Calculation - calculation of delivery costs
    Obtaining fares for the selected destination, taking into account weight, dimensions and other conditions. Limited option for non-core users.
  • Obtaining a list of order pick-up points (POPs)
    Transfer of information on available pickup points: address, operating hours, additional options (fitting, payment methods). Display of pick-up points on the map.
  • Creating and submitting a delivery request
    Transferring the order to the delivery service (validation, change, update, deletion, resend, cancel). Creating a synchronous order.
  • Receiving accompanying documents
    Receiving labels for orders (label, barcode) for subsequent preparation and printing. Receiving acts of acceptance and transfer of orders.
  • Courier call function
    Creating a request to call a courier, Canceling a request to call a courier.
  • Tracking - obtaining status by order
    Receiving order execution statuses, synchronizing shipment statuses.
  • Connecting/disconnecting delivery services
    Creation of connections for the necessary delivery services, the ability to connect several contracts for one service. Test mode.
  • Validation and standardization of address data
    Checking the correctness of transmitted addresses, correcting errors, bringing them to a normalized form. Bringing telephone numbers to international standards.
